About Cherry Tree Yoga
Yoga works to create strength, stamina and balance in your mind and body. My aim is to make yoga relevant for modern life and for students to leave each class with an overall sense of groundedness and well-being.
Private Yoga
If you would like either a one-to-one, a small group of friends or family, then these classes are tailored to you. Classes can be at your work or home. Classes are also offered in my private yoga studio, based in Carshalton Beeches Surrey.
Corporate Yoga
On site corporate yoga in both Surrey and London is also offered. The size of the class varies depending on the needs and space available at your location. Practicing yoga in the morning can be a fantastic start to a corporate day. While lunchtime classes can be a great way to re-energise for the afternoon, and if scheduled at the end of the day then it can be a therapeutic way to unwind.
