Booking Terms and Conditions

General Class Information

Please enter and  leave the studio quietly out of courtesy to our neighbours.

The studio itself is providing a space to become still, be silent and to look inside. People are practising before the class begins and even when it is over. Please have conversations outside the studio and leave your phone on airplane mode.

For hygiene purposes, please bring your own mat to lay over the studio mat.

Please arrive 5/10 minutes before the class start time. Our classes start on time; the door/gate to the studio will be locked, late entry will not be permitted, this policy is for the safety, security and comfort of the class.  If you are late then unfortunately you will forfeit the class.

Entry to the studio is via the side gate.

There are no changing rooms on site, so please come dressed for class.

There is a toilet in the house (first door on the right as you enter the gate). The door is usually kept locked to ensure the property remains secure, so please ask the teacher for the key if needed. Please note that there is no access to the house during the class, again to maintain security.

Free street parking is available on the surrounding roads, some parking restrictions apply so check the signage. Please take care to park considerately and to avoid parking over the neighbours driveways.

Please remove your shoes before standing on the studio floor, an outdoor shoe rack is provided.

It is best to eat a small meal/light snack no less than 2 hours before the start of class.

You shouldn’t need to drink water in class. We want to create an internal fire/heat within the practise, water puts this fire out!

Booking terms and conditions

We believe in having a clear, simple to understand booking and cancellation policy to help avoid confusion and to form clear boundaries. These policies are in place to ensure that a small business is able to financially survive  so that we can continue to offer classes to those who benefit from them.

Late Entry Policy

For the safety and security of our students and property, late entry is not permitted. Classes begin promptly and in silence to ensure a focused and undisturbed practice.

Course Cancellations – Refund & Cancellation Policy

  • Full Refund: You may cancel the course up to 7 days before the start date to receive a full refund.
